Understanding the trend of technology and the needs of manufacturers, Pente Technologies has researched and developed Smart Monitoring & Controlling System (SMCS) – Smart Manufacturing focus on the ability to monitor, control and operate the machinery and equipment manufacturing.

However, unlike the previous trends in Industry 3.0, the systems are merely centrally managed through SCADA, the Smart Monitoring & Controlling System (SMCS) from Pente Technologies towards more efficient exploitation and use of the system. For example, researching the user’s UI / UX experience and towards management through Cloud Computing and Mobile App (iOS, Android). These are important changes in the industry of intelligent building operation and management that we look forward to. In addition, the use of communication protocols such as Modbus, BACNet, RS-232, RS-485… of previous systems has researched and developed by us to create a new communication protocol based on IP. This IP-based technology offers to increase the speed and capacity of data transmission is much larger and exploitation of available WiFi system in buildings to reduce wiring work to be very unattractive and costly. With the adoption of Cloud Computing, Mobile App and Big Data, we are geared towards the digital age and focus on the emergence of the 4.0 revolution.

Administration and monitor the energy

  • Optimize the energy usage and operation of the machinery, managing the power consumption of each power supply, according to the PDU on the RACK, for each outlet on each PDU.
  • Manage problems related to the electrical system such as closing, disconnect, open, short circuit…
  • Analyze changes in energy usage, display and reporting accurately by audience and management.

Automatic control

  • Based on the information from the sensor system to automate the operation of equipment and machinery.
  • Control ICs are specifically designed for automatic control.
  • Programmers connect to different modules to transmit raw data for filtering, analysis, and control
  • Serving for measurement and calculation

Smart camera

  • Use the iSpy (open source) application as the Streaming Server to manage the cameras
  • It is possible to push Streaming Video to iSpy’s Cloud for the purpose of exploitation and use
  • Do not depend on camera brand.
  • Automatically capture images, take pictures when problems are predefined.

Monitor manufacturing environment

  • Based on the information from the sensor system to automate the operation of equipment and machinery.

Fire protection

  • Connect with existing fire protection system and giving notice on centralized administration system (or distributed)
  • RS-485 communication (or Modbus)
  • Based on the sensor to give early warning.

Smart connection

  • Exploit the available standards connectivity  like WiFi with the stability and the ability to transmit data faster
  • Support wireless connection standards: Wifi, Zigbee between components of the system such as: environmental sensor, connection line gauge
  • Be encoded in binary bit form to ensure that information is unique.

Centralized administration

  • System management interface is designed as 3D, 2D control
  • Integrated system monitoring features: consumption status, displaying information about the environment in real time, notification of upcoming events, extract reports… easier to follow and monitor the manufacturing activities.
  • Troubleshooting guide for each phenomenon on the system
  • Compatible with other systems through existing libraries.

Distributed monitoring

  • From the central control system, all data is pushed up to Cloud at a frequency of 10s.
  • The SMCS Platform will provide reports based on the information provided (for all feature modules).
  • The SMCS system will provide APIs for MobileApp modules such as Android, iOS.
  • Users can access through spent.net  or mobile apps to obtain information and reporting.
